Very bad experience. I tried to place an evening bet on line account via computer. Normally no problems. This time the Coral side of the transaction froze and mothing happened and my balance remained the same. Over a period of 6/7 minutes I tried 4 more times to place the bet. Again nothing happened computer frozen, balance remained the same, so I logged off watched TV. When I logged on again for the last race all 5 bets had been accepted. I never bet more than once on a single race. I lost an additional £40 because of their server problems. Not my fault at all. So what is wrong with the Corals computer? I complaied to Don in Customer Services who was useless and did not listen to my complaint. So take my advice and take your custom eslewhere. Corals do not play the game, do not play fair and simply ignore the facts and settle in their own favour. They will pay. Certainly if their computer does not accept your bet straight away do not bet again. Get the computer sorted Corals.
