put bet on 49s yesterday 10p stake had three matching numbers.then was told the bet had been put on for following thursday draw when i asked for this thursday.staff made phone call to head office who said last 49s bet has to be placed a minimum of five minutes before the draw.coral have been happy to take my bet right up to last few seconds of the draw in the past and had indeed excepted my bet on this occasion which was put on five minutes before the draw.on complaining about this staff made a further call to customer services and some one else there said yea ok we will pay out.then this is the unreal bit they said we dont know what three numbers should pay give him 30 pounds.they actually did me out of five pounds. as a once daily regular to coral book makers i shall never step inside one again. and urge people to be very weary of playing the 49s with this company.
