I'm nearly 80 and every day i have a bet .Corals is the nearest and that's three miles away .Took my slip in to collect only £15 and they said there was nothing to get . When i asked her to check it she said i paid you double what you should have had the other day . I was shocked as she said this in front of a shop full of people .It wasn't true and i asked to show me as i would have paid it back . Never again would i put a bet on with this firm .They are not to be recommended .Sea road Fullwell nr Sunderland was the shop .I phoned complaints department up and they didn't want to know . Bloody angry and i will put it on social media .
