From the initial visit to assess our needs and provide a quote through to completion of the works, Cordell Engineering was fantastic. The admin staff in the background was very helpful and replied promptly to any queries. On the day of installation, the three man team arrived promptly at eight a.m. as stated and left at 2.00 p.m. having installed two units for us. We live in an old house and they encountered some unexpected wiring in one of the walls which could have created a lot of problems for a less experienced team, but they quickly figured out a work around. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and talked me through how to use the app to control the units remotely. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
