I received my boards and noticed a dent in the wood on one of the boards. It appeared to have occurred during shipment, but I emailed the company to let them know. The company responded immediately with questions as to whether or not both boards had damage or not. They immediately shipped an additional set of boards, I am floored at their customer service!🤩 This was totally unexpected, but I do appreciate it and will definitely recommend this company every time!
