The finished boards are well crafted: no chips, splits and the paint colors are as shown on site. I found other reviews very helpful. I knew at purchase the playing surface was not finished in with polyurethane. Can you offer suggestions that I can apply a polyurethane to the playing surface? Thank you for your product. Kirk G.
