My cable has not worked for almost a month because of poor connection. My bill also keeps going up because of new fees which I was not notified about. After speaking with a agent who told Me My package was 119 a month but after fees and equipment rental I gotta pay over 170 absolutely ridiculous especially because my equipment doesn't work 90% of the time. It's time I look for a new cable provider I will not continue to pay for something I can't watch.
