Bought a jacket from Cosdaddy and found the sleeves to be a little tight. Got in contact and the reply was quick and helpful. They said they would make a new jacket for me, if wanted, at a small additional cost. I was happy with that as it would be effectively tailor made. Sent back old jacket and on providing the postal reference they made and posted the new jacket. Delivery was quick. Excellent customer service; the way it should be done - note to other companies!
