Missing Item
I purchased 5 items from this company and spent £109.57 furthermore I am an honest and genuine person. I work very hard and I trusted this company to fulfil my order.
Something that was quite unusual in my experience was that the items appeared to be shipped separately as if they had come from different suppliers.
I received 4 of the items that I ordered, however I am still missing 1 item.
I contacted Customer Services, they advised me that the missing item was indeed in the package they sent (IT WAS NOT). The missing item was definitely not packed and only 1 item was in the box. I would also like to add that there was no damage to the packaging.
They believe that because I have received a delivery (with only 1 item) that it is acceptable to insult me saying that I have received it when they're at fault.
Despite my best efforts 'Cosmetify' are not willing to resolve my issue, I have asked for a refund or replacement.
I will be taking further action if I am not satisfied with the outcome of this appalling situation and bad customer service.
