I appreciate that the packaging is intended to be eco-friendly, but the tape on the lid was difficult to open and in trying to remove it I ended up breaking the sieve that separates the powder from the top of the container. It made a big mess, and now it's hard to control how much powder comes out. It's my second time having issues with products from this company - probably won't shop again.
