I got an email saying my cosplay outfit and boots were shipped together, upon emailing them and saying the boots were delivered they said the boots would be shipping out a week later.
Size chart isn’t dependable, I ordered an XL and it fit like a M despite what the tags said. I decided to do a refund and the cosplay ($91) and instead of refunding the full amount they said they can only refund me up $20.
