Ordered an Omni-Man costume on August 31st and paid for fast shipping ($20) for the costume to be here on time for a convention. The costume never arrived on time so I will now be missing the convention and the excuse behind why it wasn’t shipped on time was horrible. “Sorry the order is still processing now. And need some time.” Said customer service. Will never buy from this website ever again and the only reason I did was because another cosplayer said this website was amazing. Guess it’s a hit or miss.
