Cossky states they offer fair refunds for their curstomers, but this is not true. I ordered a costume and the zipper was defective and wouldn't unzip enough to get the costume on. They offered me $8 to repair, but the actual cost to repair the zipper ranged between $35-$40. I asked to return, but they requested I pay the shipping back to China. The shipping cost exceed the item value. Buyer beware. There is no refund! If your item is defective, you are stuck with it.
