Level of cleanliness is shocking..there are flies openly walking over the cakes and pastries on sale. I took this up with the manageress who didn’t seem too concerned. After avoiding this Costa I returned after almost a year to find flies still crawling all over the food so I left. Returned again a month or so later out of sheer curiosity and yes...black flies walking all over the food. Absolutely disgusting and a health hazard..will never go back.
