I ordered a bag on 11th december and paid a premium for express delivery (2-4 days). It is now 16th Jan, no sign of the item and customer service has not responded to my e-mails. I am unsure on how to proceed and how I can claim a refund on this when I cannot get in contact with anyone. Extremely unhappy and I suspect the positive reviews on here are fake.
