I bought a rug online at Costbuys and a few days later I received a gift certificate in the amount of the rug. I was not asked if I wanted a gift and I have had zero luck getting my money returned to my debit card. I spoke to a live person on the phone once and have left several emails and voicemails asking for resolution. This is the worst customer service that I’ve run into. I am still waiting for my money to be returned but if not, I will look into taking further action.
