THE WORST SHOP EVER! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I ordered a bedding set in the beginning of December. When I placed the order it didn’t show the amount I was going to pay, it was appeared after I submitted it. It costed $100! For a bedding set! 2 pillowcases and a duvet cover made from polyester FROM CHINA! I contacted customer service right away - I don’t want to spend my money on this poor quality - it’s expensive! They told me they couldn’t cancel it and I would need to return when I got it.
I got my order in the end of January and returned it right away to the address in China they provided. So I sent them the receipt - no respond.
Now it’s been almost 3 MONTHS since I returned it and I’m still waiting for my refund. They don’t answer my emails or just keep saying that they will contact the supplier...and then nothing...silence. I tried to call them on the phone they have on the website - there’s only a voicemail. Not even their new bot Sally is helpful!
I paid $100 for the order + $35 for the shipping to China + MY TIME AND NERVES.
THE WORST PLACE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
