I brought a clutch purse and they told me 4 days after that the item was not in stock and that I will be receiving a refund back on my card. I emailed them back because it had been 10 business days and I have not got my refund. They proceed to tell me that it got refunded as a store credit. Guess what? I brought the item as a guest so how can I have store credit with no account? I told them this and 4 days had passed because they did not want to respond. Now I have gotten my card holder involved because they basically stole 47.77 dollars from me. I am highly upset. The site needs to be shut down.
