Service Excellence was received today from Mark Sugden in Parts Department at your Hereford Branch. I phoned requiring some car mats to be compared for size and fit, he didn’t have both sets in stock, so contacted a local branch to get the mats accurately compared. He could so easily have refused my unusual request, but instead went out of his way to get the information that I required. This concluded with me placing an order and I will always contact Cotswold BMW first for any support I require either for my X5 or my wife’s Cooper S.
