I ordered several items from your recent sales offers. Your notifications, service and delivery were very good as usual - so reliable and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately one of the items was too lage and the correct size was out of stock, but it is so easy to re-pack and return without any fuss. The other items, a gorgeous blue jacket and a warm pocketed cardigan fit perfectly and I look frward to wearing them.
