This company provides simply the BEST service. I ordered a leather gardening apron as a gift. There were repeated problems with the delivery. Although these were absolutely no fault of the Cotswold Hipster, the helpful manager Mark Faulkner went above and beyond to make sure the gift was safely delivered. In these days when covid is so often an excuse for poor service, this company stands out head and shoulders above others in providing excellent and prompt service with a smile.
