Really happy with my Malmesbury backpack purchase from Cotswold Hipster. The bag has a really high quality feel to it and so far has been faultless. It's quite comfortable too. The ordering process was great, the bag arrived in a couple of days and was packaged beautifully. Customer service from Mark was also great, and I'd like to say thanks again for a great product.
