Order approx €400 of gear on their Irish domained website assuming my delivery would be coming from Ireland or the very least would not have to deal with customs from UK.
After 2 weeks my order had not arrived. Contacted customer service to query and they blame their courier company and assured order would be with me ASAP. Roll on a week, I get letter from customs for an extra €150 for order. I swiftly contact customer service but 24 hours later no response. Would never buy from cotswold again.
