First of all the service we recieved instore on our first visit was very good. I bought a pair of walking boots for myself and my wife ordered a pair for delivery. When delivered my wifes boots were the wrong size. When I rang the shop I was basically told that they were the right size despite them not fitting my wifes foot and the only option was to make the 440km round trip to return the boots, yet on the website Cotswold outdoor state that they will refund postage costs if I was to post them back and an email to Cotswold Outdoor UK confirmed this.
