Great service, there was an issue with an item Being out of stock that had already been purchased, but I was apologetically called up straight away to sort this problem, they offered me different options of similar items or a refund. I went for the refund, which was sorted straight away and was hassle free.
Great customer service, would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and will be back to shop with cottage toys myself in the future.
