I purchased a wooden tool box for a present from Cottage Toys. Unfortunately when it arrived it was partially damaged, but upon contacting Cottage Toys they immediately responded and arranged for a replacement to be sent - they were really helpful and sorted everything out quickly. Their customer service was excellent.
