Absolutely beautiful items as always, this was my second purchase.
We had a small hitch with an incorrect item (it happens to us all once in a blue moon) and the customer service team (Joanne in particular) could not have gone further out of their way to arrange the exchange and apologise for the (very little) inconvenience caused
