I have had to give it 3stars,it would be unfair to give none as it is clearly not your fault but despite tracking the parcel and 2 enquiries sent to DHL,still no parcel,attached is the latest response,I have had no reply yet from my last email.Update,I have now received the dolls furniture and an apology from DHL.All good from yourselves but poor from DHL.
