Not happy. Wanted the Ark wooden toy, found it, ordered it paid for it complete with carriage charge. Then was asked to sign up to get 10% off my first order AFTER I’d placed my first order! Wrong way round! I emailed pointing this out along with the “promotion” code but, as yet, over a week later, no one has bothered responding. I realise the 10% was worth than £4 (which would have covered most of the carriage charge) but it’s the fact that nobody was interested enough to answer my email that is just plain rude and not what I would consider good customer service.
