I rate cottage toys highly as a small company .
However DHL delivery has been a problem. There was someone in the house at the time of delivery yet the package was taken to a drop off point. Then it was signed for by someone else and taken. So I never received the package and missed the toys which were a gift. So no toys and no refund. Currently awaiting DHL response
