I bought the items for Christmas presents for grandchildren. They are really lovely and I know that they will be well loved. No problems at all with ordering and items themselves.
But thankfully they were packed in a heavy cardboard box as delivery from DHL as appalling and box was left outside in pouring rain. The driver lied about it being signed for and the fact that I had changed the delivery date to a more convenient day was ignored.
