I have just built the Dolls House, largely by myself. The instructions were fairly clear and the end result is just as it looks on the box. I am very pleased with it, but glad I constructed it before giving it to my granddaughter as it took a couple of hours and concentration! The quality is very good. I was impressed by the speed and efficiency of delivery, as well as the competitive price. Well done Cottage Toys, I definitely recommend you
