I ordered the union flag bunting on an overnight courier service which did not arrive. Contacted the Cotton Bunting Company, who sent another which arrived the next day. Advised me to refuse the courier's parcel, which I duly did. Fantastic, personal and efficient service- the bunting is superb quality and will last for many years. Highly recommend it, and you can talk to a real human being!
