Please be cautious with this company. My husband recently passed away in October, and I reached out to them with all the necessary paperwork. The process seemed straightforward, yet I am still waiting for them to respond. I have contacted them numerous times, and they stated that my case is under review by the underwriter. When I asked how long this process would take, they couldn’t provide an answer. Despite my mentioning that I had submitted all required documents, they still couldn’t give me a timeline.
I find it very disappointing that when it came to collecting my monthly payments, there were no issues. However, when it’s time to process a payout, the process seems prolonged and drawn out. Please keep in mind that dealing with the unexpected loss of a loved one is already overwhelming, especially for someone like me, where my husband was the main provider for myself and my children. This situation is not helping, as the bills and everyday expenses continue to pile up.
