Cannot believe that 30 minutes of my time completely wasted that I WILL NEVER GET BACK. I was transferred from my pension company for a quote for contents insurance however I stipulated at the beginning that if I couldn’t choose my own payment dates, then I wouldn’t be interested in continuing. Guess what? After listening for 30 minutes to a saleswoman that was only interested in quoting from her script and NOT listening to me, I was then told that I could only make payments on specific days. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. They’re more interested in reading the WHOLE script verbatim than listening to The customers needs. Also don’t think about trying to make a complaint, you’ll be told that they’ll feedback your comments to whoever misinformed you. Would never recommend.
