I ordered my windbreak, informed him there was a part missing and he refused to acknowledge that there was, the windbreak its self is a good piece of kit but the owner is arrogant and rude, he shouts at you and won't listen, I'm still a piece of kit missing which he won't send to me, I've spent £500.00 and the missing part is about £20.00 he's unprofessional and rude.
