The current staff are friendly and helpful. Dominic, John Lally and Francesca are good and always ring back and respond to my queries. My only unfortunate experience with Cowell and Norford is that I've been gazupted in the past. I am very please with Dominic and that is why I contact her with any queries. Few years ago some previous staff refused to speak to me because I did not use Cowell and Norfords financial advisor and did not up my offer on a property. Dominic is professional and I'm happy with the current service received.
