I had a compliant regarding a new tenant who had moved in. I approached Natalie Borg, she took the compliant seriously and dealt with it immediately. The issue was resolved and the neighbours apologised. Very happy it was dealt with seriously and quickly. Goes towards restoring my faith in estate agents. Thank you
