Ordered 1x Ada Black Console Table. No where does it say that the item is flat packed. I've ordered from Graham and Green before and those items arrived (not flat packed) chipped but they were hidden when flush to the wall, so we let that slide but now this is just irresponsible from their side.
When you pay the £55 delivery, when a truck turns up with 2 men, you expect them to lift it as one already made item. Otherwise I would have picked up the item myself.
This should be made clear on product details or somewhere on the page that an item is listed.
