Spent nearly £7,000 on furniture from them just over 4 years ago, the door on one item broke and I returned it to them months ago to get a replacement (for which I expect to pay) but now they are not replying to my e-mails, and I'm still waiting. One other item needed repair under guarantee several times and they have said they will not accept any more repairs.
