Same issue as everyone else. Terrible customer service! They cannot be reached at all whatsoever! I've waited over a month for my order and it still hasn't even shipped. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and even they came back and said they could not get ahold of them. Read the reviews before purchasing!
