BEWARE - NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The order screen froze after card verification and I wasn’t sure whether the order had completed because I didn’t receive a confirmation email. I resubmitted it and later found that the order had been duplicated when the confirmation emails finally arrived. I contacted “customer service”via WhatsApp immediately but was rebuffed with stock phrase responses by a bot. No human interaction is available so I have instigated a chargeback via my card provider and will not use this company again,
