Great products, absolutely terrible customer service, awful IT behind their online shop. Customer fulfillment and service one of the worst examples in the market. Always fob you off with "phone us" so there's nothing in writing. A lousy way to work with customers. I try to buy via other retailers so there is some protection when things go wrong, never buy direct from them.
