Quite simply they define "good customer service". Why? 1. They helped me find a technical manual for my older laser printer - and so that is continuing to work (buying toner cartridges from Crazy). 2. Ensuring that we are given the best prices (even honouring their old loyalty points when strictly "out of their date"). 3. Next day delivery for a reasonable price (compare them to any other supplier who happily will charge way more for "post and packing")
This is why I continue to buy from them.
