I ordered two items at a good price, delivery very quick. I thought one item was missing and Dave Fisher replied to my email saying it would be sent immediately, and apologised.
I then found the 'missing' item (under a lot of packaging) and Dave said not to accept the replcement from the courier.
As this was all my fault I decided to buy the extra item as a spare.
I can't overstate the excellent service and support provided.
