Defiantly avoid using this company - I made a payment by bank transfer forgot to include my Creation account number - called Creation immediately and after a long long wait finally managed to talk to someone to advise them of my error. After 3 weeks and numerous unsuccessful attempts and hours trying to get through on the telephone and around 6 e mails using their on line system I still have had no contact from them and the payment has still not been credited to my Creation Account. In desperation I contacted Curry’s (company that introduced Creation to me when purchasing a new lap top) there advice was to call Creation as they cannot help. I am now in contact with my Bank to help resolve this simple matter. Frustrated customer that will not be using either Curry’s or Creation Finance ever ever ever again.
