This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with, so much so I’ve just paid off my loan in full so I never have to deal with them again.
They robbed me of £30 and will not reply to my calls or my email or complaints, stay away.
I made a payment and they put it back into my account and then find me £30 for none payment??
