The worst experiance ever with this credit agencie. I placed an order online with Currys last week,I signed my credit agreement...but I did not recieved any order confirmation from Currys...so I contacted them about my purchase,they said they have no any purchase from me,but Creation already set up a direct debit with my bank account. How can I pay for something what I did not recieved?? I'm going to raise Saction 75 claim againts Creation! They did a mistake,they wants to charge me for something I don't have!
