Appalling company to deal with that has a total disregard for long established customers and shows no loyalty back to them in return. Impossible to get to speak with anyone and pay people to leave fake good reviews on the internet because they have so many negative ones. 15 years without one single payment missed and they cancel my card because they sneaked up the recommended payment amounts without me spotting this. So despite paying over the amount I should be paying they wanted even more, even though they make thousands in interest anyway. Crooks !
