Sarah was a brilliant advisor in customer care she was extremely knowledgable & very helpful with my problem I bought an AEG hob online from currys & found out there was a £20 price difference Sarah immediately emailed currys to ask for the authorisation to deduct the over amount of £20 charged on my creation IDPLAN Sarah also explained if my a/c does not show the correct balance within a few days I should ring creation back thank you Sarah
